At Wood Emotions, we're seeking a seasoned Paint Industry Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop client relationships, and lead business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
  2. Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including paint suppliers and industry partners.
  3. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  4. Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our premium paints.
  5. Provide detailed quotes, negotiate favorable payment terms, and arrange deliveries to meet client expectations.
  6. Foster collaboration between customers, dealers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the paint industry is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of overall work experience is essential.
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
