At IBDAN, we strive to be at the forefront of the fashion industry by offering unique and stylish designs for young females. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to guide our design team towards creating innovative collections.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from conceptualization to production. You will work closely with our production team to select fabrics, colors, and patterns for each collection and develop sketches and technical drawings for manufacturing. Additionally, you will oversee garment fittings and adjustments to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of successful fashion design projects.
  3. Expertise in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  4. Strong knowledge of textiles and garment construction.
  5. Ability to lead and motivate a design team.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
