About the Role

As a Technical Lead AI/ML, you will be responsible for leading the development of machine learning and deep learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet business objectives.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business problems and provide AI-driven solutions. Your expertise in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, etc.) or R for AI/ML development will enable you to develop and deploy high-quality AI models.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure AI solutions align with business goals. You will contribute to technical discussions, provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, and document AI models, algorithms, and codebases to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of machine learning and deep learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business problems and provide AI-driven solutions.
  • Document AI models, algorithms, and codebases to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
