We are seeking a skilled professional who can think critically, bring innovative ideas, and possess a thorough understanding of the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork by leveraging your expertise in platform functionality and market trends.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Upwork/freelancer platform to stay competitive.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and networking abilities to secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
- Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids by considering client needs and industry standards.
- Presentation skills are essential for professionally communicating with clients, showcasing our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.
- Analytical skills are required to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and develop strategies to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in sales within the design, animation, and development industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Understanding of the full sales life cycle, preparedness to write sales proposals, and ability to pitch to clients are essential for success.
