Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret complex data.

The selected individual will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and managing data from internal and external sources. They will use advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, and R to process data.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business processes and customer behavior.

They will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and market trends. They will present complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  2. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business processes and customer behavior.
  3. Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and market trends.
  4. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to generate insights that support marketing and product development strategies.
  5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work closely with teams such as marketing and product development to provide insights that influence business strategies.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and improve the efficiency of reporting tools and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as an Insights Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data manipulation.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
