Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Assistant Apparel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of materials and components, working closely with vendors to arrange delivery of product orders, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of production processes and supply chains in the men's apparel industry. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the production line receives materials and components in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with vendors to arrange for timely delivery of product orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure smooth material flows.
  • Participate in meetings for production planning and assist with the planning of material requirements.
  • Manage daily production reports and perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in the production of men's apparel supply chains.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
