UX Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our team. This role requires a skilled designer who can lead design efforts and create user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Design Strategy: Develop design strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes, user research findings, and design rationale.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, process, responsive designs, and impact on both Mobile and Web Applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, responsive design, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving and analysis skills with attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Product Analysis, Product Design, Figma.
