Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled full-stack developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable web applications.

This role requires a technically strong engineer with expertise in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, as well as excellent communication skills to represent the development team in meetings and discussions.

You'll be responsible for driving full-cycle development — from requirements gathering to production-ready releases. This is a client-facing role, so clear articulation of technical solutions and ability to work collaboratively with clients is essential.

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
  • Work with a range of technologies including React, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js, Python, Golang, Next.js, NestJS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performant, responsive front-end applications integrated with scalable APIs.
  • Implement clean, maintainable RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
  • Transform UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance web applications.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and participate in client interviews.
  • Represent the development team in discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and suggest performance optimizations.
  • Collaborate within an Agile environment, including designers, QA, DevOps, and product owners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong experience with at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Proficient in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Golang, Next.js, or NestJS.
  • Solid understanding of modern web architecture, asynchronous programming, and API design.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in client communication, demos, and interviews.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote Agile environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript in both front-end and back-end contexts.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and automated test strategies.
  • Past leadership, mentoring experience, or technical project ownership.
