As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting entries for all expenditures and expenses. Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow to monitor key financial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow, to support informed decision-making.
- Fund Management: Conduct weekly fund management, including budgeting and forecasting, and manage vendor payments effectively.
- Discrepancies Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
- Financial Forecasting: Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Audits: Oversee quarterly audits of cash and inventory, and annual audits of total assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls, including expense tracking, reimbursement procedures, and other finance-related activities.
- Masters in Finance or ACCA qualification preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent follow-up and execution abilities.
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
