We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce, Shopify, Marketplace, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Expert to help drive our online growth. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for building a seamless shopping experience for customers on our Shopify store.
Key Responsibilities:- Ecommerce & Shopify Management
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store for maximum performance, usability, and speed to ensure a positive user experience.
- Set up and configure Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to enhance store functionality and improve efficiency.
- Customize Shopify templates to match our branding and style, showcasing our unique aesthetic.
- Manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all product information (images, descriptions, prices, specifications) is accurate and up-to-date, promoting transparency and trust.
- Monitor site performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience, driving sales and growth.
- Implement Shopify store upgrades and improvements, troubleshooting any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage product listings and promotions on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) to reach a wider audience and increase sales.
- Monitor and improve product rankings across marketplaces to maximize visibility and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and optimize product visibility, ensuring our products remain appealing to customers.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, leveraging the power of online advertising.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) to target specific audiences and maximize ROI.
- Utilize SEO strategies to ensure products and content are optimized for search engines, improving our online visibility and credibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Keep social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) up-to-date with consistent posts, promotions, and content, engaging with our online community.
- Develop a content calendar and strategy for organic and paid social media posts, showcasing our brand's personality and expertise.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online community interactions, fostering a positive brand image.
- Monitor trends and use analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement, staying ahead of the competition.
- Regularly update website content, images, banners, and promotions to reflect changes in our products and services, keeping our online presence fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the site remains visually appealing and easy to navigate, providing an exceptional user experience.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for all devices, catering to a diverse range of customers.
- Perform quality checks and site tests to prevent any technical issues, maintaining a seamless online experience.
- Ensure all product listings on the website and marketplaces are optimized for conversions, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory, ensure stock levels are accurate, and address any discrepancies, maintaining a smooth fulfillment process.
- Perform regular audits to ensure product information is consistent across platforms, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction.
- A proven track record in ecommerce management, particularly with Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.), demonstrating expertise in online retail.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), showcasing proficiency in online marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management and content creation, highlighting ability to engage with online communities.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing product listings for online platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Buffer, Jungle Scout, etc., demonstrating technical skills and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, showcasing creativity and visual acumen.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and ability to engage with customers online, providing exceptional support and building loyalty.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and best practices, adapting to changing market conditions.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), demonstrating proficiency in nurturing customer relationships.
- Previous experience in managing a high-volume online store or marketplace presence, showcasing ability to handle complex operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making, making informed strategic choices.
- Understanding of branding and creative strategies for ecommerce, highlighting ability to develop compelling brand narratives.
