**Job Title:** Financial Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled financial strategist to lead our team in achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, creating solutions to new financial challenges, ensuring adequate cash flows, forecasting cash payments, and recommending policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders;
  • Create solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge;
  • Ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
  • Forecast cash payments and anticipate challenges arising from limited cash flow;
  • Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have effective financial management skills, knowledge of finance systems and procedures, proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop a team, and project management skills.
