Associate Art Director

We are seeking a talented and passionate Associate Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a keen understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling campaigns.

This role requires collaboration with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop engaging content for various media platforms, including digital, print, and social.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that align with brand strategies and objectives. This will involve collaborating with the Art Director and creative team to develop visual assets for advertisements, branding, and promotional materials.

In this role, you will ensure consistency in brand identity and visual messaging across all projects. You will also supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that align with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to develop visual assets for advertisements, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual messaging across all projects.
  • Supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate creative outputs.
  • Oversee design execution from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Work closely with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Present creative ideas and design solutions to internal teams and clients.


Qualifications & Skills:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a design or advertising role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience in branding, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and adapt to different brand voices.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and art direction projects.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
