">- This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Sales Operations Lead, overseeing the scaling and optimization of sales services through process design, audits, and effective internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
">- To scale and professionalize our sales services by designing and optimizing processes, contributing to the creation of internal and external communications, keeping projects on track, solving bottlenecks, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and risk management.
- To communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems, creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- To prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document processes, perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire sales teams.
- Ability to audit contact centers, maintain checks and balances on teams, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
- Persistent, hardworking, passionate about sales and cars, and creative.
