Executive Dispatch Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our dispatch operations at the Centre of Excellence for Scientific and Research Journalism.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in booking loads on different load boards, possess exceptional communication skills, and have their own conveyance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement effective load-booking strategies to optimize carrier utilization.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in logistics or dispatch management.
  • Fluency in English and excellent written communication skills.
  • Own conveyance and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with load boards and logistics software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time/part-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Ability to commute to Karachi is necessary.
