Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with all members of the management team, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Directly oversee the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Supervise the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage external vendors and third-party relationships, ensuring value for money and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and maintain robust transaction processing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, focusing on cost-effectiveness and competitive offerings.
  • Lead acquisition due diligence and negotiations, ensuring successful outcomes and optimal returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of financial information, maintaining transparency and trust with stakeholders.

  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage, protecting the company's assets and reputation.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a culture of compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, meeting auditor and government agency requirements.
  • Report risk findings to the audit committee, collaborating to develop mitigation strategies.
