  5. Mail and Package Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely and secure manner.
  6. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.
  7. Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed, ensuring seamless workflow.

In addition to these responsibilities, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors and colleagues is essential for success in this role.
