We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving conversations that result in opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outreach efforts to potential customers or leads from provided lists, aiming to introduce products or services and identify opportunities for follow-up.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by gathering key information from prospects and determining their interest level in our offerings.

Script Adherence: Follow established call scripts and sales guidelines to effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections from prospects in a persuasive yet empathetic manner.

Record Keeping: Accurately document call outcomes, client details, and next steps in CRM systems to ensure proper follow-up and tracking of leads.

Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement and closing.

Meeting Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.

Job Specification

Experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing is beneficial.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage potential customers effectively.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Ability to remain persistent and handle rejection with professionalism.

Knowledge of CRM systems or ability to quickly learn new tools.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
