Job Description

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing sales, terminal handling, warehousing, customer service, and human resources. They will be responsible for analyzing KPIs to ensure the branch meets its targets and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

2. Monitor daily branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Oversee the analysis of KPIs to ensure the branch meets its targets.
4. Manage all branch activities, including inbound and outbound courier operations, logistics, and transportation.
