Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.

About the Role
  • Design and produce visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, brochures, posters, and packaging.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Create engaging visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
  • Prepare design files for production and manage file organization and version control.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1.5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX design tools (Figma is a plus)
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print work
  • Experience in UI/UX design
  • Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics
  • Familiarity with video editing tools
  • Understanding of social media content formats and trends
  • Photography and photo editing skills
