Senior Front End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front End Developer to join our Web Development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant capacity.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design software solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  2. Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  3. Work with back-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver complete solutions that exceed expectations.
  4. Design client-side and server-side architecture that is scalable, efficient, and secure.
  5. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design, focusing on user experience and usability.
  6. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues with web applications, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  8. Perform unit and integration testing before release, ensuring high-quality products.
  9. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, improving overall performance.
  10. Provide support for production systems when needed, ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years professional experience as a front-end developer.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong understanding of business objectives and user needs to develop high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly web applications.
  4. Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
  5. Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions.
  6. Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes, driving continuous improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance skills and abilities.
  8. Help junior front-end developers grow their skills and abilities, promoting knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  9. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, seeing them through from start to finish.
  10. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
