As an Assistant Manager- Classified Sales, you will play a pivotal role in selling property units and fostering strong relationships with clients. Effective communication is key to ensuring that deals are closed, and customers have a seamless experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Client Understanding: You will be responsible for comprehending clients' needs and requirements.
  2. Property Briefing: Ensure that clients receive thorough information about relevant property units.
  3. Sales Support: Assist clients by providing demonstrations, conducting site visits, and closing deals in a timely manner.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain a positive relationship with clients by following up on their evolving needs and requirements.

Requirements:
  1. A degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. A strong alignment with our core values.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in sales (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply).
