Key BSS Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key BSS Solution Architect to join our organization. This strategic role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecom Business Support Systems.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive BSS architectures, encompassing CRM billing charging, order management systems, and more.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof technical solutions, leveraging emerging technologies like 5G, AI, ML, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Lead solution design and provide guidance to development and QA teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Establish architectural principles to incorporate emerging technologies and ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field, with a strong foundation in software development and architecture.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience with solution architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and expertise in telecom BSS platforms, including charging, billing, and mediation.
  • Strong understanding of protocols, including Diameter, SS7, SIP, SOAP, and REST APIs, as well as experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, microservices, and cloud-native design, with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum, or specific BSS platforms are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development.
