Healthcare Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare coordinator to join our team in supervising and coordinating activities at healthcare facilities related to the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, establishing strong working relationships with healthcare providers and facilities, and monitoring program implementation across health facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact between field health workers, community mobilizers/counselors, and district coordinators.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare partners, NGOs, government bodies, and local organizations.
  • Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public Health, or other relevant subjects.
  • 4-6 years of previous experience in the development sector, particularly in field and data management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data management skills, including collection, cleaning, and basic analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
