• Develop sales/service plans to achieve bank objectives by collaborating with branch managers/relationship managers.
• Establish customer relationships and sell products according to defined bank SOPs.
• Achieve sales targets/objectives in assigned areas with integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure genuine sales through avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
• Enhance business profitability through sales of loans and customer acquisition by following bank SOPs.
• Market company products and develop strategies for this.
• Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and industry positioning.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the five C's of credit.
• Communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure on-track performance.
• Collect timely repayment of loans through proactive communication with clients and follow-up.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably an MBA.
• Have at least 0-1 years' experience in a related field.
