Mid-Level Software Development Position

As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions. This role requires a strong background in Java software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You will be responsible for reviewing and understanding business requirements, participating in software design/architectural decision-making, and enforcing consistent design and best practices for long-term maintainability of the solution. You will also be involved in developing and enhancing product offerings in accordance with design and consistent with business objectives, ensuring that development tasks are completed within timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably Computer Science or Information Systems) or software development/programming certifications.
- 2+ years of Java software development experience using object-oriented methodology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good front-end and UI development experience.
- MS SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases experience.
