Job Title: Creative Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Content Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, creating high-quality visual content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand's objectives.
    • Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and updates that engage and grow our online community.
    • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
    • Track social media performance and analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Creative Content Development:
    • Develop and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns, ad creatives, and other digital content.
    • Design and create visual content using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
    • Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting:
    • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
    • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
  • Experience with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite or other design software.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong understanding of analytics tools to track and report on performance. Familiarity with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plus.
