**Product Sourcing and Procurement Specialist Job Description

This role involves coordinating product sourcing and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and placing fabric and trim orders well in advance to meet production timelines.
  2. Issuing order acceptance forms and proforma invoices for letter of credit establishment upon order confirmation.
  3. Fostering collaboration between departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials and production.
  4. Conducting regular quality checks at various production stages to maintain client standards.
  5. Identifying and rejecting shipments not meeting required quality standards, notifying concerned parties in advance.
  6. Maintaining efficiency by minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  7. Providing post-production support and services to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  8. Supporting marketing and commercial teams through completion of assigned tasks, enhancing business growth.
  9. Ensuring seamless communication with customers, addressing any concerns promptly.
  10. Guaranteeing that all outgoing samples meet quality standards, adhering to customer expectations.
  11. Delivering updates to customers on agreed timelines for sampling and production, maintaining transparency.
  12. Developing and maintaining a robust booking pipeline of assigned customers, fostering profitable business relationships.
