Urban Land Management Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as part of a major urban land systems enhancement project.
The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of urban land management in the region. To achieve this goal, we require the services of individual consultants with expertise in software development, IT security, and related fields.
Software Development Executive:
- Minimum 16 years of education in GIS/Computer Science/IT or equivalent from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and managing spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature representations
IT Security Expert for Professional Support:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology/Computer Engineering from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling the security of large networks, with certification in CCNA & CCNP (Security)
The selection process will follow the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, ensuring transparency and fairness in the hiring process.
