Freelance 3D Visualization and Virtual Staging Expert

We are seeking a talented Freelance 3D Visualizer to collaborate with our design and marketing teams on a project-by-project basis. This role involves creating photorealistic 3D visualizations and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties.
  • Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to design and furnish spaces according to client specifications.
  • Enhance photographs using photo editing software to integrate virtual staging seamlessly.
  • Evaluate furniture, decor, and layout representation based on provided floor plans and design briefs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, interior design styles, and staging techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:
