Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development and management of both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex front-end and back-end applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.
  • Design and implement database architecture, optimizing data management practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Guide the deployment and maintenance of projects, troubleshooting and resolving intricate issues.
  • Closely collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver project requirements and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Mentor junior developers through regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting high coding standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning, driving innovative solutions to technical challenges and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in full-stack development, preferably in a leading technology firm.
  • Back-End: Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and server-side frameworks (Node.js), with experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and familiar with collaborative workflows, such as Agile methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a focus on software engineering and development.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
