About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting clear and concise user guides that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Developing user experience documentation to enhance product usability and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and information for documentation.
  • Working closely with customer support teams to address user queries and concerns through comprehensive documentation.
  • Liasing between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective communication between development teams and end-users.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in the software industry.
  • Proven experience as a technical author with a focus on user-facing documentation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of technical and user-based documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • An excellent command of English to create high-quality written content.
