Job Title: Senior Technical Service Manager

The Senior Technical Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a technical service team nationwide, ensuring compliance with equipment and procedural standards, as well as after-sales services. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure timely project delivery, proper product handling, and consistency of operations.


Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead the development and implementation of technical service strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical service professionals to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of technical service staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical service or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
