SEO Strategist Position

We are seeking a skilled SEO strategist to oversee our search engine optimization efforts, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy, manage a team of specialists, conduct keyword research, analyze link profiles, create targeting plans, stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, identify business opportunities, lead by example, and motivate team members.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of SEO specialists to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify profitable opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
  • Analyze link profiles to ensure a natural link profile is built and maintained.
  • Create and manage keyword targeting and team link split plans on a monthly basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest link building techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities for existing clients and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve their best work.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of success.
  2. A strong understanding of ethical SEO practices.
  3. Expert knowledge of off-page and on-page SEO ranking factors, including technical SEO.
  4. Excellent account management skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
  5. Familiarity with standard SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  6. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  7. Working knowledge of HTML and web development principles.
  8. Understanding of web 2.0, HTML5, e-commerce, and its place in multi-channel business.
  9. Familiarity with PPC and social media marketing, and how they integrate with SEO.
  10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
