As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects.

Skills and Qualifications

You should have a qualification in project management or equivalent. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. It is also essential to have direct work experience in project management capacity and proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

You should be proficient in project management software and possess skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving, planning and organizing, decision-making, communication, influencing and leading, delegation, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management, and adaptability.

In this role, you will lead the team in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. You will develop full-scale project plans, assemble and coordinate project staff, manage project budget, resource allocation, timelines, and track project deliverables using appropriate tools. You will provide direction and support to the project team, constantly monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions, and implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Conducting project evaluations and assessing results are also part of your responsibilities.
