Real Estate Sales Manager

A highly skilled and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager is required to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional performance and driving business growth. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to effectively use technology to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the construction industry.
