Revenue Cycle Coordinator

This is an opportunity to work as a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist in a dynamic environment. The primary focus will be on contacting patients with outstanding balances, addressing their queries, and ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, provide necessary information, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze patient data, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account updates and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Background in medical billing or revenue cycle management, preferably in patient-facing roles.
- Thorough understanding of billing terminology, including EOBs, co-pays, and insurance coverage.
- Proficient in medical billing software and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing patient accounts and driving payment resolutions.
- Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and its complexities.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
