Project Manager for Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic and operational projects

• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and KPIs for each initiative

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and monitor progress

• Support leadership in designing and implementing operational strategies and conduct gap analyses, business diagnostics, and feasibility studies for new initiatives

• Translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps and project action plans

• Identify inefficiencies across business functions and propose structured solutions and develop SOPs, workflows, and performance benchmarks for various departments

• Optimize resource utilization and process turnaround time through data-backed decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent

• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives from planning to execution

• High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to decision-making

• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
