Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to oversee all aspects of our company's financial functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Final checking and verification of all vouchers, including cash payments, receipts, bank transactions, purchase orders, sales invoices, and journal entries.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare regular reports on cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product castings, expense details, and payment approvals.
- Tax Compliance: Manage sales tax matters, including monthly returns submission, records maintenance, and audits. Ensure compliance with income tax laws, including annual taxable accounts, records, and assessments.
- Corporate Affairs: Oversee corporate and registration matters. Generate financial statements using software and analyze potential problems and risks.
- Accounting Operations: Supervise business operations from an accounting perspective and provide recommendations to management. Prepare final payroll and adjustments. Ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly returns, including Management Accounts.
- Asset Management: Maintain adherence to established accounting policies and budget across departments. Monitor and control capital expenditures, prioritize payments, track deposits and transfers. Conduct physical verification of assets on a test basis.
- Financial Controls: Ensure timely release of marketing funds.
- Qualifications: CA/ACCA/MBA (Finance)/ACMA degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of accounts, finance, corporate, and taxation standards and laws.
