">Job Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows server operating systems, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues. This role also involves supporting the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, ensuring user access privileges align with security policies, and assisting in applying system patches and updates in a timely manner.
In addition, the candidate will work closely with senior administrators to ensure system security and compliance, participate in the development and testing of backup and recovery procedures, and assist in the implementation of disaster recovery plans.
This position requires excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and possess a strong interest in Windows server administration and system management.
Candidates should also have a basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Server+, etc.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, batch scripting) are also preferred.
