We are seeking a skilled SQA Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a Mid-Senior level opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent technical skills and a strong background in software quality assurance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our enterprise-grade ERP application through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

This role requires strong experience in manual testing, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum development lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently within deadlines and produce high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Test Procedures and Frameworks: Design and implement test procedures and frameworks to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Create Balance between Manual and Automated Testing: Develop a balanced approach to testing, combining manual and automated techniques to improve delivery efficiency and test coverage.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners to ensure that our software meets the desired level of quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field, with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ Years of Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing and Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and WinAppDriver for WinForms testing, as well as experience with SQL queries and procedures.
