The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from start to finish. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, processing invoices for accuracy, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process and manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Purchasing Operations: Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, including vendor communication, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Employee Data: Maintain and update employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, income tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Payroll Software: Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred).
