The Hiring Manager is a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for shaping the company's strategy by identifying and researching human resources issues.
- This position contributes to organizational strategic thinking and direction through information, analysis, and recommendations.
- The ideal candidate will develop human resources objectives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Recruits, selects, orientates, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff as needed.
- Plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews staff job contributions to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintains compensation structures and determines production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies.
- Designs systems to optimize resource allocation and resolves problems that arise.
- Implements changes to improve human resources operations.
- Estimates, forecasts, and anticipates financial requirements for human resources operations.
- Aligns monetary resources to meet operational needs.
- Develops action plans to measure and analyze results, initiate corrective actions, and minimize the impact of variances.
- Identifies and clarifies issues and priorities for special projects.
- Communicates and coordinates requirements to expedite fulfillment.
- Evaluates milestone accomplishments and optional courses of action.
- Changes assumptions and direction as necessary.
- Provides human resources advice, counsel, and decisions to management.
- Analyzes information and applications to inform decision-making.
- Researches, develops, writes, and updates policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
- Communicates and enforces organization values to guide management and employee actions.
