Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at GE Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to patients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments and updating patient information.
  • Providing order status updates and facilitating patient orders.
  • Addressing patient inquiries related to billing, tracking information, returns, and insurance coverage.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to assist patients with any additional support they may need.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, ticket handling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
