Key Roles for Sales and Dispatch Coordination

This role involves effective coordination between sales teams, customers, and delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the dispatch process by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through effective dispatch management.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Order Management: Processing and managing incoming orders efficiently to ensure accurate data entry and timely dispatch of services.
  • Customer Interaction: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
  • Coordination: Liaising between sales teams, dispatch personnel, and customers to ensure smooth and effective communication.

  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and tracking dispatch performance metrics, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
