About the Role

We are looking for a talented Accounts Manager to join RH Designs' finance team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, overseeing accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial systems and procedures.
  2. Overseeing the preparation and submission of GST (FBR) Sales tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  3. Effectively managing cash flows, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  4. Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in the general ledger and ensuring its accuracy.
  5. Providing high-quality customer service by communicating financial information to clients and responding to their inquiries.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A postgraduate degree in Accounting or a related field is highly desirable; possession of a recognized accounting certification (e.g., ACCA) would be a significant asset.
  2. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounts Manager.
  3. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks is mandatory for this position.
