About the Opportunity

  • We are looking for a strategic partnership director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental orders and ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors.
  • You will work closely with our operations team to improve menu displays, share reports, and collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement newer value-add initiatives and be proactive in finding solutions for them. This may include exclusive partnerships with key accounts either offline or on foodpanda with targeted monthly growth as the main KPI.
  • Ensure DL Photography of Top Key Accounts.
  • Acquire deals for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Reduce issue rate or fail rate.
  • Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements to deliver strategies and develop tactical implementation plans. Manage cross-functional project plans, risks & issues, blockers & actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support, and deploying processes & tools.
  • Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to the management team.
  • Additional tasks/projects as they arise.

Skills Required

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food and operational costings.
