Your Job

We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Executive with a passion for collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting research on target clients, and building lasting relationships with potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
  • Cold calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their staffing needs.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and drive sales from potential prospects.
  • Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
  • Achieve daily targets set by management.

Key Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior tele-sales/cold-calling experience or excellent telephonic skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong online searching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Independent work ethic with minimal supervision required.
