Your Job
We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Executive with a passion for collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting research on target clients, and building lasting relationships with potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
- Cold calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their staffing needs.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and drive sales from potential prospects.
- Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Achieve daily targets set by management.
Key Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Prior tele-sales/cold-calling experience or excellent telephonic skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong online searching skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Independent work ethic with minimal supervision required.
