Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive high-quality service and respond promptly to their needs.
Requirements
  • Maintenance and Repair Skills: Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for HVAC systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance Skills: Ability to conduct regular checks and maintenance to prevent system failures.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; EPA certification is preferred.
