Executive Assistant to Senior Leader

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to a senior leader, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them appropriately.
  • Organise and maintain diaries, making appointments as required.
  • Deal with correspondence, writing letters, taking dictation and minutes.
  • Organise and attend meetings, ensuring the senior leader is well-prepared.
  • Handle incoming mail, faxes and emails.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

A general understanding of business processes is beneficial in this role.
