About the Role:
  • We partner with over 240 US clients through various digital mediums to create brand awareness and collaborate effectively.
  • Our goal is to grow our business by expanding relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop key account management skills to prevent major clients from turning to competitors.
  • Understand key customer needs and requirements by learning about US construction processes.
  • Expand customer relationships through regular follow-ups and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to acquire new customers and provide consulting services.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.
  • Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
  • Contribute to generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Liaise with the email marketing team to target specific clients and provide a custom experience.
  • Prepare progress and forecast reports for internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Train newly appointed colleagues to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
